Body maintenance morning classes, spring 2017
On Wednesday mornings Zodiak hosts a body maintenance morning class by yoga instructors Outi Itkonen and Kirsi Tikka and with dancer Jonna Eiskonen intended especially for desk workers. Outi's and Kirsi's classes are yoga-based body maintenance sessions while Jonna's classes are based on different variations of Pilates movements. The classes are not intended to turn the participants into yoga or Pilates masters but to help them maintain a healthy sense of well-being and full ability to work. No previous experience of yoga or Pilates is required.
A comfortable, flexible outfit is recommended. Exercise mats are available in the studio, but you can also bring your own mat.

Participation fee: full course 135 € / 10 sessions 95 € / 5 sessions 55 €
NB. The participation fee is for the spring season 2017. Paid sessions must be used before 24th May 2017.

Zodiak's courses and workshops can also be paid using pre-paid Liikuntaseteli and Kulttuuriseteli vouchers (Smartum Oy) as well as Virikeseteli vouchers (Edenred Oy). You can pay with the vouchers in the beginning of the first class (only exact amounts) or you can bring the vouchers to Zodiak office (open weekdays 11 am to 4 pm). It is not possible to pay the course fee with cash.
