[DNA] DEPARTURES AND ARRIVALS –program continues the work of the DEPARTS –project, which ended in 2014. [DNA] is a collaboration between 13 European institutions who are active in the field of contemporary art. [DNA] is dedicated to develop this field further, and more importantly to secure the democratic access to such new educational models, by organising auditions all over Europe and assuring that talented young artists are not hindered by their social/financial background to pursue their dreams and ambitions.

Aerowaves is a European network which provides opportunities for younger artists working in Europe. About 40 professionals of dance select a recommendation list of 20 most interesting performances for the network's partners. In the year 2014 Zodiak was invited to join the network for the years 2015-2017, and in October Aerowaves got Creative Europe programme's support.

The Nordic Baltic Touring Network is a direct outcome of the kedja Touring Think Tank work that took place between 2012-2014. The members collaborate to tour dance in the Nordic/Baltic regions. The objective of the NB Dance Loop is to lenghten the life circle of the performances in the Nordic/Baltic areas, increace artists's possibilities to work, offer interesting performances for audiences, strenghten the co-operation between the dance professionals and improve communication.

Studiotrade is a European collaboration and residency network for choreographers, producers and dance organisations. Founding members include  Silke Z./resistdance. and Studio 11 (Germany), Zodiak – Center for New Dance, Pavilion Dance (UK), Digital Dance (UK), Stéla (France), Compagnie Humaine (France), Vo’Arte (Portugal), Arts Printing House (Lithuania) and Legitimate Bodies Dance Company (Ireland). Artistic directors of the network are choreographers Silke Z. and Harri Kuorelahti.


IETM (International Network for Contemporary Performing Arts) is the largest network of performing arts in Europe, with over 400 member organisations from 45 countries. IETM exists to stimulate the quality, development and contexts of contemporary performing arts in a global environment, by initiating and facilitating professional networking and communication, the dynamic exchange of information, know-how transfer and presentations of examples of good practice.


Mamuska Nights is an independent organisation dedicated to the creation of socially meaningful arts events and the development of collaborative networks. The central activity is to encourage and support the production of multidisciplinary art paltform Mamuska in different cities. The network was initiated by Italian cultural manager and curator Davide Terlingo in 2004 to propose an alternative to the architecture and conventions of traditional performance. Since 2007, Zodiak has organised Mamuska Helsinki performance clubs. Similar clubs have taken place in e.g. Limerick, Leeds, Tokyo and Dublin.
