Gabriela Aldana-Kekoni opens her personal practice for the use of this workshop. Practice methods are inclusive: the body, the mind and the spirit function simultaneously and consciously. Practices expand the bodily experiences of the participants. The aim is to start a creative movement process and open up bodily possibilities inherent in performance situations.
