THIS COURSE IS FULL.

Moving in and through water may evoke feelings of being waterlogged, of becoming one with water, of returning to liquid form; of going back to the womb, of starting over again, of allowing old wounds to heal. A feeling of peace, of being at rest, of being one with nature; of the pressure inside the body and the head easing, of becoming lighter and more sensing. More than 50% of our bodies is water. The water dance course is a dive into the empathic qualities of water, into being in harmony with our cellular level and nurturing it.

The course consists of exercises performed in the warm water of the therapy pool. The activities are based on a water dance improvisation method developed by Mustonen and Pietiläinen with further inspiration drawn from Watsu and Aguahara therapy techniques. Many of the activities are performed in contact with other course participants and in pairs.

Bring your own swimwear, and please note that the admission fee to the swimming pool is not included in the course price.
