N3 & Re-Ditus is an site-specific performance featuring Young Dancers, the joint peforming dance group of Zodiak and dance school Tanssivintti.

N3 & Re-Ditus is an artistic collaboration where contemporary dance and sound installation engage in rich, multidimensional dialogue within the space of MUU Helsinki Contemporary Art Centre. This performance explores and challenges different physical realities of body and sound, drawing the audience into a state of heightened presence.

N3 is a site-specific contemporary dance piece choreographed by Kati Korosuo and performed by the Young Dancers ensemble. It explores the aesthetics of physical connection between human bodies, navigating between the familiar and the odd. The piece draws from Korosuo’s earlier work M3 (2017). Young Dancers is a joint performing group of Zodiak – Center for New Dance and Tanssivintti, created to offer young dancers opportunities to perform and participate in artistic creation processes.

Re-Ditus is a sound installation by Jaakko Autio, featuring the 20-member Sawotta Choir and soloists Kasper Omenasaari, Reetta Karhunen and Anna Voutilainen-Veijonen (saxophone). The work reflects on a return to our original nature. Each singer’s voice is captured with an individual microphone and played back through its own loudspeaker, creating a multidimensional tapestry of voices, breath and presence – dissolving the boundaries between individual and collective.

Together, N3 and Re-Ditus create a layered experience where bodies, sound and space engage in rich, polyphonic dialogue.
