In this course you will get to know contact improvisation, a dance style which is based in touch. In the core of the movement is listening to your own body and others as well as being in active, free and playful in the physical interaction. Simple body techniques will open new perspectives to touch as a tool for expressing one self and interaction with others.
This course is an independent sequel for the weekend workshop (1.2.2014).
