On Wednesday mornings Zodiak hosts a body maintenance morning class by yoga instructor Kirsi Tikka and dancer Jonna Eiskonen (alternate weeks) intended especially for desk workers. Kirsi's classes are yoga-based body maintenance sessions, while Jonna's classes are based on different variations of Pilates movements. The classes are not intended to turn the participants into yoga or Pilates masters but to help them maintain a healthy sense of well-being and full ability to work. No previous experience of yoga or Pilates is required.
A comfortable, flexible outfit is recommended. Exercise mats are available in the class, but you can also bring your own mat.

Availability is limited, so sign up in time! Welcome letters and invoices are sent to participants immediately after registration closes. Cancellations must be communicated no later than seven days before the course begins. With the exception of injuries and illnesses certified in writing by a doctor, cancellations made later than seven days before the course or workshop are subject to full course fee.
Please bring a receipt of your course payment to the first meeting of your course. Zodiak's courses and workshops can also be paid using pre-paid Liikuntaseteli and Kulttuuriseteli vouchers (Smartum Oy) as well as Virikeseteli vouchers (Edenred Oy).
