In this call, we are seeking proposals for the Zodiak Laboratory residency for autumn 2027 and spring 2028.
This residency concept offers a space for artistic experimentation without the pressure of an upcoming premiere.
Zodiak Laboratory support includes:
- €1,100 production support allocated to artistic work
- 60 hours of studio time (Studio B2) over two weeks, including 2 public demo sessions at the end of the residency
- The studio’s own sound equipment and supplementary sound equipment where possible
- Lighting equipment where possible (sound and lighting equipment reserved primarily for premiere productions on Zodiak Stage)
- 12 dimmer channels available in the studio
- Setup on the morning of the first residency day and takedown on the afternoon of the final day, assisted by 1 member of Zodiak’s technical staff
- Option for dialogue with the Artistic Director if desired
