The workshop given by dancer and performance artist Linda Priha approaches dance and movement through close listening of one's own body and surrendering to movement – while consistently aiming for maximum ease. The methods used to achieve the goal consist of tuning into the liquid-body and activities done in pairs. The course also draws on the power and inspiration of doing things together.

Linda Priha is a Helsinki-based dancer, performance artist and osteopathy student. In addition to her own choreographic work, she is a member of the Go Go Dance Group Kuumat Putket and Vivarium Collective. Priha's work as dance instructor is inspired by nature, the human anatomy and different group work methods.
