How do nature and culture meet in our bodies? Are they two distinct phenomena? Or are they something intertwined and inseparable that form the foundation of our humanity?

The course that runs until the end of spring consists of movement-based exercises guided by our inner nature. We approach movement starting from the different systems and layers of the human body: cells and bones, emotions, the nervous system. Breathing in the motion, moving in the breathing. We explore how our individual bodies chime and resonate while looking for circumstances that enable communication with others, the world and the life that permeates us.

The course is suitable and accessible for everyone and free of charge. Course participants can register for the entire spring or sign up for one month at a time.

Course instructor is choreographer, performer, yoga and dance instructor Kati Raatikainen. It is possible to enrol to the course later during the season if the group is not yet full.
