Dancers Terhi Vaimala and Jonna Eiskonen will host this open-to-all body maintenance workshop through spring. Offering a holistic core workout, the classes are designed to strengthen the deep muscles, improve coordination and relieve stress through deep breathing and relaxation exercises. The workshop helps build coordination and body awareness through techniques such as adapted Pilates exercises and deep stretching. No prior experience needed.
