Mikko Makkonen (1988–) is a freelance dancer and dance instructor with a breakdance background. He graduated as a dance instructor from Turku Arts Academy in 2013 and as a Master of Arts (Dance) from the Theatre Academy in 2015. Makkonen has worked as a dancer in choreographies by Marjo Kuusela, Sonya Lindfors, Jarkko Mandelin, Matti Paloniemi, Tuomo Railo, Jorma Uotinen and Jeremy Wade. He has also worked as a dancer in the Aurinkobaletti ballet in Turku in 2015–2016, and as a guest dancer in Dance Theatre Glims & Gloms, Finnish National Opera, Kinetic Orchestra and Pori Dance Company.
He likes to work using a wide range of methods in different environments. Focus on the physicality of dancing and a compassionate and responsible relationship with the world are basic values underlying his work.

Enrolment is binding. Cancellations must be communicated on the last enrollment day by 6 pm the latest. Please check this course's last day of enrollment from above. With the exception of injuries and illnesses certified in writing by a doctor, cancellations made later than the deadline are subject to full course fee.
Zodiak's courses and workshops can also be paid using pre-paid Liikuntaseteli and Kulttuuriseteli vouchers (Smartum Oy) as well as Virikeseteli vouchers (Edenred Oy). You can pay with the vouchers in the beginning of the first class or you can bring the vouchers to Zodiak office (open weekdays 11 am to 4 pm). It is not possible to pay the course fee with cash.
