Co-production contract
Zodiak signs a co-production contract with the choreographer/convener of the workgroup. The choreographer or the workgroup’s person in charge/representative is responsible for communicating Zodiak’s production guidelines and all matters agreed on in the co-production contract to all members of the workgroup.
Employment contract
Zodiak signs employment contracts with salaried employees, such as course instructors, hourly technical staff and project artists. The employment contract specifies the tasks, the hours, the place of work, the salary and other employment details. The terms and conditions of the collective agreement of theatre workers apply to all employment contracts.
